conferred by:-
(a)
Sub-section (4) of Section 9 of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, 1987
(Act 28 of 1987), read with SO 538 (E) dated 29th May, 1987 issued by Ministry of Home Affairs,
Government of India
(b)
Sub-section (1) r/w Sub-section (4) of Section 23 and Sub-section (h) of section 2 of the Prevention
of Terrorism Act, 2002 (Act 15 of 2002),
(c)
Section 5 of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crimes Act, 1999 as extended to the National
Capital Territory of Delhi, vide notification no.GSR 6 (E) dated 02nd January, 2002 issued by
Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, read with notification no.F.11/21/2000/HP/(i)/155
dated 10th January, 2002 issued by Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi,
(d)
Section 14 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989
(Act 33 of 1989), read with SO 157 (E) dated 20th February, 1990 issued by Ministry of Home
Affairs, Government of India
(e)
Section 5-B of the suppression of Unlawful Act against safety of Civil Aviation Act, 1982 (Act 66
of 1982),
(f)
Section 6-A of the Anti-Hijacking Act, 1982 (Act 65 of 1982),
(g)
Sub-section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985
(Act 61 of 1985) read with SO 818 (E) dated 08th November, 1985 issued by Ministry of Home
Affairs, Government of India,
(h)
Sub-section (2) of Section 153 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003) read with SO 47(E)
dated 12th January, 2005 issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India,
(i)
Section 22 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008
the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, with concurrence of Hon'ble Chief Justice of High
Court of Delhi, in continuation of notification bearing No.F.6(33)/2009-Judl./1125-1131 dated 15.09.2010, hereby
designates the following courts, as Designated Court and Special Court constituted under the aforesaid acts, to try and
hear the cases against any sitting/Ex. Member of Parliament or Member of Legislature Assembly in relation to
commission of any offence under the aforesaid acts:-
1. Court of Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-09, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, Delhi.
2.
Court of Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-23, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, Delhi.
3. Court of Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-24, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, Delhi.
