No. 8/95/2020/HP -II/Pt.file -IV/2761 -2775 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. 11011/2/74 -UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, and in continuation to the 11 Special Public Prosecutors, 06 Law Officers/Senior advocates/ad vocates as Special Public Prosecutors & 03 Law Officers/Senior advocates/advocates as Special Public Prosecutors appointed vide earlier Notifications dated 24.06.2020, 30 -07-2020 & 26 -07-2021 respectively, the Competent Authority, is pleased to appoint the following 04 more Advocates as Special Public Prosecutors: - 1. Ms. Vijay Rani, Advocate, 2. Sh. Ashish Dutta, Advocate, 3. Sh. Naveen Kumar Raheja, Advocate, 4. Sh. Anirudha Mishra, Advocate. to represent the State before the Hon'ble Courts in all Court proceedings arising out of FIRs registered in connection with North -East riots and anti CAA/NRC protests.
