The Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 347A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957) read with Section 45D(a) of Act, 1993 (as amended in 2023), has appointed Sh. Amit Kumar as the Presiding Officer of the Appellate Tribunal, Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Sh. Amit Kumar, an officer of the Delhi Higher Judicial Services, is appointed on a deputation basis for a period of one year, effective from the date of this Notification. The notification, bearing F. No. 13(626)/UD/LB/CD 021811815/433, was issued by the Department of Urban Development on October 6, 2025, and signed by A. K Singh, Spl. Secy.-II.
