No. 20/23/2000/HP -II/189 1-1906.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 469 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957) and section 375 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to confer upon the following persons, who have been conferred with all the powers of Judicial Magistrate of First Class in terms of Sub -Section (1) of Section 11 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 vide Notification No. 52/DHC/GAZ -IIB/G -8/SPL.JM/2024 dated 12.07.2024 of Officer on Special Duty (Gazette -II), High Court of Delhi, the powers of Municipal Magistrate for the trial of offences under the Delhi Municipal corporation Act, 1957 and New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994, within the N ational Capital Territory of Delhi for such period till the powers of Judicial Magistrate of First Class conferred upon them by the High Court of Delhi, exist, namely. - Sr. No. Name Sr. No. Name 1.
