No. 109/H&FW/2020/Council/DPC/Pt. file/1029-1048.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b), (c), (d), (dd), and (e) of section 19 of Pharmacy Act, 1948 (8 of 1948), read with sub-section(a) of section 45- D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2023 and in supersession of all earlier notifications, the President of India is pleased to constitute the Seventh Delhi Pharmacy Council as detailed herein below, with immediate effect:- 1. Elected members under clause (a) of Section 19 of Pharmacy Act, 1948. (i) Mr. Rajnish Tyagi (ii) Mr. Pankaj Gogia (iii) Mr. Dinesh Kumar Madan (iv) Mr. Madan Singh 2. Members under clause (b) of Section 19 of Pharmacy Act, 1948. (i) Sh. Manish Sharma (Pharmacy Graduate) (ii) Sh. B.K Prasad, IAS (Retd.) (iii) Sh. Anoop Kochhar (Registered Pharmacist) (iv) Sh. Rana Rajesh (Registered Pharmacist) (v) Ms. Manmohan Kaur (Registered Pharmacist) 3. Members under clause (c) of Section 19 of Pharmacy Act, 1948. Dr. Ashwini Dalmiya 4. Members under clause (d) of Section 19 of Pharmacy Act, 1948.
