This extension is for furnishing the statement containing details of outward supplies of goods or services or both, effected through an e-commerce operator, in FORM GSTR-8. The original due date for the month of December, 2024, has been extended until the 12th day of January, 2025, as per sub-section (4) of section 52 of the said Act read with rule 67 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
