Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Ranbir Singh Kundu,
Advocate, Sh. M.L.Yadav, Advocate, Sh. Suraj Rathi, Advocate, and Sh. Tarun Gahlot, Advocate as Special Public
Prosecutors for NDPS cases in Trial Courts for ANTF, Crime Branch, Delhi on following fee structure:-
