No. 7(367)(39)/2002/UD/MB/Pt.file-2/20/021145541/4196.—In exercise of power conferred by clause (a) section 169(2) of Delhi Municipal Corporation Act 1957 read with ab-section (a) of Section 45D of GNCTD Act, 1991, the President of India is pleased to appoint the following persons in the Municipal Taxation Tribunal: Chairperson- Sh. Sunil Kumar Aggarwal Member (J)- Sh. Deepak Jagotra Member (A)- Sh. Satyanarayana The aforesaid officers shall render full time service to the Tribunal and shall hold ice from the date on which they assume charge of their office for a period of five years or they attain age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
