F. No. 1 04/Rules/DHC. —In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Articl e 309 of
the Constitution of India read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification
No.F27/40/50 -NGS dated the 28th October, 1953 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the
High Court of Delhi, with the prior approval of the Central Government and the concurrence of
Hon’ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby makes the following amendment
in “Delhi District Courts Establishment (Appointment & Conditions o f Service) Rules, 2012” : -
1. The following shall be substituted for the existing Sr. No. 22 of Schedule -B :-

Non-graduate candid ates will also have to qualify a
proficiency/evaluation test.
NOTE: THIS AMENDMENT SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION IN
THE GAZETTE.
