NOTIFICATION

F. No. F.43 (49)/2005/DSCST/PG.—In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 16 of
the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995, read with sub-
section (a) of section 45 of Government of National Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 and S.O. No.
3753(E) dated 2nd September 2024 issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, GOI, the Lt. Governor of
National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to re-constitute the State Level Vigilance Monitoring
Committee to review the implementation of the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and
Scheduled tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, consisting of the following members: -

The Committee shall meet at least twice in a calendar year, in the month of January and July to
review the implementation of the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of
Atrocities) Act 1989, relief and rehabilitation facilities provided to the victims and other matters connected
therewith, prosecution of cases under the Act, role of deferent officers/agencies responsible for
implementation of the provisions of the Act and various reports received by the Government of National
Capital Territory of Delhi.
The notification is issued in supersession of this Department's earlier notification No.F.43
(49)/2005/DSCST/PG/14672-95 dated 04.01.2023.
