No. 282 PART IV GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI DEPARTMENT OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 26th November, 2024 F. 13(571)/UD/LB-I/Constitute of Committee/2024/4146.—In pursuance of the direction dated 13.09.2024 of Hon'ble High Court, Delhi in Bail Application No: 3089 /2024 &Ors. the Lt. Governor of Delhi, is pleased to appoint a committee to conduct audit/inspection of all coaching centers in Delhi in accordance the directions of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. The following persons are nominated in the committee:- (i) Justice R.K. Gauba, Former Judge of the Delhi High Court - Chairman (ii) Additional Commissioner, Engineering Department, MCD - Member (iii) Commissioner (Planning), DDA- Member (iv) District Magistrate, North, Revenue Department, GNCTD - Member (V) Sh. Atul Kumar, Regional Head (Physics Wallah) (vi). Sh. Ashutosh Singh, Admin Head, Sriram IAS- (vii) Sh. VikasDivyakirti, MD. Drishti, IAS- (Representatives From Coaching Institutes) (viii) Special Secretary, UD Department, GNCTD- - Member Secretary The chairman of the committee shall be paid remuneration of Rs. 150000/- to be borne by General Administration Department, GNCTD. The requisite secretarial & logistic support shall also be provided to the Committee by the General Administration Department, GNCTD. Further, as directed by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court, the committee shall submit its report within three months. By Order and in the Name of the Lt.
