No. 61(1994)/POCSO Court Notifica tion/DD(CPU)/DWCD/2023 -24/6926 -59.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 25 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act 2005(4 of 2006) read with S O. 92(E) dated the 15th January, 2008 of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and with concurrence of Hon’ble Chief Justice of High Court of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby designate the following courts to try and hear the cases against any Member of Parliament and Member of Legislative Assemb ly in relation to commission of any offence under the Commission for Protection of Child Rights Act :— 1. Court of Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI) -09, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, Delhi. 2. Court of Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI) -23, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, Delhi. 3. Court of Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI) -24, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, Delhi By virtue of provision to Section 28 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 the above Courts shall also deemed to be Special Courts under Section 28 o f Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
