I further direct that no buyer and no seller will be entitled to buy or sell other than these rates sp ecified till 31st October, 2023.”, the words, figures and letters “…to be in f orce until 31st January, 2024 or f urther orders whichever is earlier as mentioned below. I further direct that no buyer and no seller shall be entitled to buy or sell at rates lo wer than these rates specified till 31st January, 2024 or further orders which ever is earlier.” shall be substit uted.
