ORDER
Kolkata, the 6th December, 2024
S.O. 5324(E).-Pursuant to the hearing held on 01.07.2024. The hearing on above mentioned date was heard
at length. All the submission was recorded including counter arguments. The department was asked to place the file
before me for taking appropriate decision in the matter.
Taking into account the antecedents of the alleged mill, the offence committed in this present case,the reply received
by the alleged mill in the present case and the hearing of all sides on the given date as well as the document in the
record being perused it is manifested that the offence committed is established.
Hence it is ORDERED -
M/s Limelight Commercial Pvt. Ltd. will get PCSO by deducting 25% of the scheduled capacity for
coming 3 (three) consecutive months starting from the date of opening of the mill company. The mill company
will be of liberty to file an appeal before the competent authority as embodied in Jute & Jute Textiles Control Order,
2016 within the prescribe period of limitation i.e. 30 days.
Let this order be circulated to concerned parties' by the department forthwith.
