Prayagraj, the 10th March, 2025
[PART II-SEC. 3(ii)]
S.O. 1844(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railway Amendment
act 2008 (11of 2008) (herein referred at as the said Act), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer
mentioned in column (2) of the table below as competent such authority to perform the function for Land Acquisition
under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification relating to district mentioned in column
(3) of the said table for Construction of 2 Lane ROB in lieu of L-Xing No.19 between Chunar-Chopan Railway
station of Prayagraj Division, Village-Darwan, Hinauta and Dadara,Tahsil-Marihan in the state of Uttar Pradesh of
such Special Railway Project.
