The Ministry of Railways, North Central Railway (Construction Department), issued Notification S.O. 3066(E) on 20th May, 2026 (published in The Gazette of India on June 15, 2026), exercising powers under sub-section (1) of Section 20A and sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 20E of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008). This notification declares the Central Government's intention to acquire land for the execution, maintenance, management, and operation of the Special Railway Project, namely, the "Agra Fort-Bandikui Doubling Project" in District Dausa, Rajasthan. The substance of the initial notification was published in daily newspapers "Dainik Bhaskar" and "Rajasthan Patrika" on 23.04.2026 under sub-section (4) of Section 20A. No objections were received, and the Competent Authority submitted its report to the Central Government under sub-section 20E. Consequently, the Central Government declares that the specified private agriculture lands in Village Biwai, Tehsil Bandikui, District Dausa, Rajasthan, comprising Plot Nos. 119, 120, 122, 123, and 125, totaling 0.0720 Hectares, shall be acquired and, upon publication of this notification, shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.

Deh | | | | | | | Khatedar | | | | | | | Rahin Hissa. 1/4 ( Full Account ) | | | | | | | Punjab National Bank Branch Biwai Total | 0.0720 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Central Railway (Construction Department)] NOTIFICATION Prayagraj, the 20th May, 2026 S.O. 3066(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub – section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) & Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose the land the brief description of which has been given in schedule annexed hereto, is required for purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely, " Agra Fort-Bandikui Doubling Project" in District Dausa in the state of Rajasthan hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Any whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely "Dainik Bhaskar" and Rajasthan Patrika" dated 23.04.2026 under sub section (4) of Section 20A of the said ACT. Any whereas, in village not objections were received and competent Authority have passed the orders accordingly. Any whereas, in pursuance of sub section 20 E of the said Act, the competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government. Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
