Dated.10.10.2025 Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II Section 3 Sub section (ii), (herein after referred to as said notification) and issued under sub section (1) of section 20(A) of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of Level Crossing (LC) No.95 at km.470/2-4 in Papatapalli Village of Raghunadhapalem Mandal in Khammam District, in the state of Telangana. And whereas an extract of this notification was published in the daily newspapers Mana Telangana on 25th October, 2025, The Hindu Daily News Paper on 26th October, 2025 and Sakshi on 26th October, 2025 with the approval of Manoj Kumar, Chief Engineer, Construction, Road Safety Project, South Central Railway, Secunderabad, under sub- section (1); Section 20A of this Act. And Whereas, Competent Authority, Khammam and Special Deputy Collector (LA), IPT & Railways, have objections received for Papatapalli Village of Raghunadhapalem Mandal of Khammam District of Telangana State. And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20 (E) of this Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government. Now therefore, on receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands mentioned in the Schedule have been annexed.
