NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 20th April, 2026
S.O. 1989(E).-Whereas, by the notification by Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway
Board), number S.O.No.6104 (E). Dated.30.12.2025 Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II Section 3
Sub section (ii), (herein after referred to as said notification) and issued under sub section (1) of section 20(A) of the
Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the
schedule annexed to the said notification for the Construction of Road over bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No.16 at
Km. 338/26-28 between Uppal and Jammikunta stations in Hanumakonda District in the state of Telangana.
And whereas an extract of this notification was published in the daily newspapers Times of India on 07th
January, 2026, Andhrajyothy Daily News Paper on 07th January, 2026 with the approval of Sudhir Kumar Sharma,
Chief Project Manager/ Gati Sakthi-I, Secunderabad, South Central Railway, under sub-section (1); Section 20A of this
Act.
And Whereas, Competent Authority, Revenue Divisional officer, Hanmakonda have objections received for
Bhimpally Village of Kamalapur Mandal of Hanmakonda District of Telangana State.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20 (E) of this Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its
report to the Central Government.
Now therefore, on receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands mentioned in
the Schedule have been annexed. To be obtained here for the purpose mentioned above;
Further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of this Act, the Central Government, hereby declares
on publication of notification in the Official Gazette, that the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest
absolutely in the Central government is free from all encumbrances
