L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-TL-E-22012026-269533 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 327] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JANUARY 22, 2026/MAGHA 2, 1947 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (South Central Railways) NOTIFICATION Secunderabad, the 20th January, 2026 S.O. 355(E).— In pursuance of Part-II, Sub-section (1) of Section 20D of the Indian Railways Act 1989 (20F of 1989), the Central Government hereby appoints the Officer mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below, to be Arbitrator for the purpose of the said Sub-section who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed, on Arbitrator by or under the said Act within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction as specified in column(3) and (4) of the said table.
