The Ministry of Railways (South Central Railway), through Notification S.O. 3669(E) dated 11th August, 2025, issued from Secunderabad, announces the Central Government's declaration of the 'Construction of 2-lane Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No. 463 at Km. 703/24-26 between Gullipadu - Narsipatnam stations' as a Special Railway Project. This declaration is made in exercise of powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989. The purpose of this Special Railway Project is the acquisition of land in the District of Anakapalli, State of Andhra Pradesh, to provide National Infrastructure for a public purpose. The notification takes effect from its date of publication in the Official Gazette and is signed by Manoj Kumar, Chief Engineer/RSP.
