L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-RJ-E-28082024-256684 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3313] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, AUGUST 27, 2024/BHADRA 5, 1946 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Western Railway (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Jaipur, the 27th August, 2024 S.O. 3630(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F(6) of Railways (Amendment) Act,2008 (11of 2008) (hereafter referred to as the said Act), the appointment of Divisional Commissioner, Banswara as Arbitrator vide Gazette Notification No. 774 dated 21st February-2024 and Corrigendum to Gazette Notification No. 1012 dated 5th March-2024 is hereby cancelled with immediate effect. The Government of Rajasthan vide letter no. प.26 (37) परि /Railway/BHU-AWA/2021-01323 dated 22.08.2024 has recommended the District Collector/Chittorgarh as Arbitrator. Therefore, the Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway project of Badi Sadri-Nimach New Broad Gauge Line Project in the State of Rajasthan relating to Districts mentioned in Column (3) of the said table for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation.
