The Government of Rajasthan vide their letter No. प.26 (37 )परि / िेलवे / भू.आ./2021 dated 10.12 . 2024 has recommended the Divisional Commissioner Udaipur as Arbitrator. Therefore, Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway project of Badi Sadri -Nimach New Broad Gauge Rail Line Project in the State of Rajasthan relating to District mentioned in Column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance , management and operation.
