L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-RJ-E-04042024-253558 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1533] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, APRIL 4, 2024/CHAITRA 15, 1946 2415 GI/2024 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Western Railway (Construction)] NOTIFICATION Jaipur, the 4th April, 2024 S.O. 1616(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act,2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as 'Competent Authority' to perform the function as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway project of "New BG Line of Pushkar-Merta (Katyasani) (51.346 Km) North Western Railway "in the state of Rajasthan relating to sub division mentioned in column (3), Districts mentioned in Column (4) of the said Table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
