NWR/HQ/S&C/443599200 भाग-5] MINISTRY OF RAILWAY North Western Railway (Construction Organization) NOTIFICATION JAIPUR , the 22nd September, 2023 S.O. 4322 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20F of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to a s the said Act), the Central Government has, by notification No. 1828 (E) dated 11th April, 2022 (Published in Gazette of India Extraordinary No. 1739 dated 18.04.2022) in respect of “Construction of Dedicated Test Track for Testing and Trial of Rolling St ock and Infrastructure component between Gudha & Thathana Mithri Stations in Jodhpur Division of North Western Railway ” , District Collector Nagaur was authorized as, the competent authority to discharge the functions as arbitrator under the said Act. Due to creation of new district Didwana -Kuchaman from Nagaur, Vide Notification No. 9 (18) Raj -1/2022 – (5) dated 05.08.2023 of Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue Department (Group -1) Jaipur, Government of Rajasthan has recommended to appoint District Collector, Didwana -Kuchaman as arbitrator in place of District Collector, Nagaur vide Order No. 26(37) Pari/Railway/G.O./2021 dated 15.09.2023. So, In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F(6) of Rai lways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the “Construction of Dedicated Test Track for Testing and Trial of Rolling Stock and Infrastructure component between Gudha & Thathana Mithri Stations in Jodhpur Division of North Western Railway ”i n the State of Rajasthan relating to District mentioned in column(3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance , management and operation.
