L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3615] NEW DELHI , WEDNES DAY , AUGUST 23, 2023/ BHADRA 1, 1945 CG-MH-E-24082023-248288 क ु ल 243.00 क ु ल 1554.00 तालुका : पड़धरी गांव: रामपर मोटा क ु ल 976.00 क ु ल 2629.00 तालुका: पड़धरी गांव: चिोल मोटी क ु ल 770.00 क ु ल 5148.00 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (Western Railway ) (CONSTRUCTION ORGANIZATION) NOTIFI CATION Mumbai , the 2 3rd August, 2023 S.O. 3775(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) (published in the Gazette of India, under notification No, 1693 (E) of dated 10 -04-2023 Extra Ordinary P II Section 3 Subsect ion (II) (here in after referred to as the said notification) under subsection (I) of sec tion 20 A of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project, namely, Rajkot -Kanalus doubling of Broad Gauge single line in District Rajkot in the State of Gujarat ; And, whereas, the su bstance of the said notification was published in daily local newspaper 'Divybhaskar" Date d 14/04/2023 and " Times of India" dated 21/04/2023 under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act, and. whereas, Objections have been received and disallowed b y the Competent Authority ; And, whereas. in pursuance of sub -section (I) of section 20 E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report of the Central Government ; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent author ity, and in exercise of the po wers conferred by sub -section (I) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose ; And further, in pur suance of sub section (2) of se ction 20 E of the said Act, The Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall west absolutely in the Central Government, fre e from all encumbrances.
