5912 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3603 ] NEW DELHI , FRIDAY , SEPTEMBER 13, 2024/BHADRA 22, 1946 CG-MH-E-14092024-257184 क ल 4.7153 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [Western Rail way (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Mumbai , the 13th September , 2024 S.O. 3941 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section(i) of section 20A of the Railways Act,1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, this land of 03 Villages - Bijalpur, Golpura (Sultanpur) , Jalokhiya Tehsil -Gandhwani , District - Dhar, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed here to, is required for execution of Special Railway Project for Indore - Dahod new BG railway line in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh state. Declares its intention to acquire such land.in t he State of Madhya Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land: Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acq uisition and use of such land for a foresaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act: Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Sub -Divisional Officer &Land Acquisition Officer, Tehsil -Gandhwani District -Dhar (M.P.), in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such furthe r enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the competent authority under sub -section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final. The Land Plans and other d etails of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person aforesaid Office of the Competent Authority. Brief description, with or without structure, of the land under acquisition that will be affected for the construction of the new BG line project from Dahod to Indore (through Jhabua, Sardarpur, Dhar and Pithampur) in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh state.
