These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclo sure Requirements) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2023. 2. They shall come into force with effect from October 1, 2023 . 3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in regulation 30, in sub -regulation (11), in the first proviso, - (i) the symbols, words and numerals ―(with effect from October 1, 2023)‖ appearing after the words and numerals ― the top 100 listed entities‖ shall be omitted; (ii) the symbols, words and numerals ―(wi th effect from April 1, 2024)‖ appearing after the words and numerals ―the top 250 listed entities‖, shall be substituted with the symbol and words ―, with effect from the date as may be specified by the Board,‖ ; BABITHA RAYUDU , Executive Director [ADVT. -III/4/Exty./ 471/2023 -24] Footnotes : 1.
