These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2026. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – I. regulation 40(7) shall be substituted with the following, namely, - "(7) The listed entity shall comply with all procedural requirements with respect to transfer and transmission of securities as specified by the Board from time to time." II. in regulation 61(4), the words and symbol "specified in Schedule VII" shall be substituted with the words "as specified by the Board from time to time". III. in schedule VII, clause C shall be omitted.
