By notification S.O. 1864(E) dated 30th April 2024, the Ministry of Railways (Western Railway, Construction Organization) declared, under Section 20A(1) of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), its intention to acquire land in Village Gwalu/Gawaloo, Tehsil Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, District Indore, Madhya Pradesh, required for the Special Railway Project namely the Ratlam-Indore-Dr. Ambedkar Nagar-Khandwa Gauge Conversion Project. Interested persons may raise objections within thirty days of publication under Section 20D(1) to the competent authority, the Sub-Divisional Officer & Land Acquisition Officer, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Indore, who must hear objectors before allowing or disallowing objections; such orders under Section 20D(II) are final. The Schedule (private land) covers the Dr. Ambedkar Nagar to Mukhtiyar-Balwada section of the Western Railway Gauge Conversion Project in Indore district and lists numerous private survey plots in Gawaloo village, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (Mhow) Taluka, with individual parcel areas ranging from approximately 0.004 to 1.03 hectares of irrigated and unirrigated land (F. No. E-Office (E-297205-14)] [Western Railway (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 30th April, 2024 S.O. 1864(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(i) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, this land of Village- Gwalu Tehsil- Dr. Ambedkar Nagar District-Indore, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed here to, is required for execution of Special Railway Project for namely, Ratlam - Indore - Dr. Ambedkar Nagar - Khandwa Gauge Conversion Project of Madhya Pradesh state. Declares its intention to acquire such land.in the State of Madhya Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land: Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for a foresaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act: Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Sub-Divisional Officer & Land Acquisition Officer, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Indore District- (M.P.), in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final. The Land Plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person aforesaid Office of the Competent Authority. SCHEDULE (Pvt.
