Part II, section -3, Sub -section (ii), dated 14th March, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the s aid notifica tion) under sub -section (1) of secti on 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, has declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said no tification for execution, maintenance, managemen t and operation of Special Railway Project, namely, Adraj Moti -Vijapur Gauge Conversion Project in District Gandhinagar in the state of Gujarat ; Therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent aut hority, and in exercise of the power conferred by sub - section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the Schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; There were typ ographical e rrors in Notification No . No. Type of Land Land Use Area to be acquired ( SqM ) 133 Mansa Manekapur Makakhad 589 Private Land Agricultur e 174.16 Should be corrected as under: 133 Mansa Manekapur Makakhad 599 Private Land Agriculture 174.16 Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objec tion to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub -section(I) of section 20D of the said Act ; Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Prant officer, Kalol, District Gandhinagar , in wr iting and sh all set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the comp etent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections ; Any order made by the competent author ity under sub -section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final; The land plans and other details of the land covered und er this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
