The lands, previously notified under S.O. 2995(E) dated 06.07.2025 (issued under sub-section (1) of Section 20A of Chapter IVA of the Railway Act, 1989, amended in 2008), are to be acquired for the Special Railway Project named "Construction of 2 lane ROB in lieu of LC No. 18 at Navalgund Road - Annigeri @ Ch: 34/700-800 (Annigere Village)". The acquired land includes Survey No. 1091 (0.3668 Ha), Survey No. 1092 (0.0783 Ha and 0.0627 Ha), Survey No. 1093 (0.0202 Ha), and Survey No. 1094 (0.1583 Ha) within Annigere Village.
