NOTIFICATION
Bengaluru, the 11th June, 2025
S.O. 2555(E). In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Sec. 20E of the Railway Act, 1989
(24 of 1989), the Central Govt, after being satisfied with the report of the Competent Authority & Dy. Collector of
Mormugoa-Vasco submitted vide his office communication no.16/2/LA-01/2025/SO-887/DYC/1988 dated 26/05/2025
hereby declares that the lands described and shown in the following Schedule and notified under S.O. 887(E) dated
19/02/2025 issued under sub-section (1) of Section 20A of Chapter IVA of the Act, should be acquired for executing
the Special Railway Project, namely doubling of Vasco da Gama-Kulem section of Tinaighat-Vasco da Gama in the
State of GOA.
