Scope: This standard specifies proforma and fee of application to be submitted by the employer in respect of training centres established under any law other than the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, as required under sub-rule (4) of rule 163 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026 for obtaining approval to also impart vocational training to the persons employed in mines. Applicability: This proforma and fee shall be applicable to all training centres established under any law other than the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, which is having infrastructure and facilities as specified under sub-rule (3) of rule 163 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026, and shall also be used for imparting vocational training to the persons employed in mines.
