In exercise of the powers conferred on me under sub-Rule 2 of the Rule 111 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026, I, Ujjwal Tah, Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator of Mines, also designated as the Director General of Mines Safety, hereby, specify the form of the notice of periodical medical examination shall be given by a manager to the person to be examined. Scope: This form specify the notice of periodical medical examination to be given by a manager to the person to be examined as per sub-rule 2 of the Rule 111 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026.
