EXTRAORDINARY PART III—Section 4 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 822] NEW DELHI, MON DAY , DEC EMBER 11, 2023/ AGRAHAYANA 20, 1945 CG-GJ-E-12122023-250599 INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES CENTRES AUTHORITY NOTIFICATION Gandhinagar, the 8th December, 2023 No. IFSCA -PMTS/9/2023 -Precious Metals: —The International Financia l Services Centres Authority, having considered the application by India International Bullion Exchange IFSC Limited, Gujarat for grant of recognition under Regulation 4 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Bullion Exchange) Regulatio ns, 2020 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade, bullion market and also in the public interest to do so, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of The International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 and Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, read with Regulation 6 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Bullion Exchange) Regulations, 2020 renewal of recognition to it as Bullion Exchange and Bullion C learing Corporation for one year, commencing on the 9th day of December 2023 to 8th day of December 2024 in respect of bullion contracts, subject to the conditions stated herein below or as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter: • The Bullion Exchange and B ullion Clearing Corporation shall comply with conditions as may be prescribed by IFSCA from time to time. “Explanation : - “bullion contract‟ shall have same meaning as assigned to it under International Financial Services Centres Authority (Bullion Exchang e) Regulations, 2020.” K.
