(1) These regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Banking) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Banking) Regulations, 2020, after the item number "xi" in the First Schedule the following item numbers shall be inserted, namely, "xii.
