Specifically, in paragraph 2 of the principal notification, the phrase "1st January, 2026" is substituted with "the 16th February, 2026". The amendment was issued under F. L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-31122025-268954 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 5912] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 30, 2025/PAUSHA 9, 1947 MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th December, 2025 S.O. 6112(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 396 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 24th October, 2025 vide number S.O. 4850 (E), dated the 23rd October, 2025 namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and word "1st January, 2026", the words, figures and letters "the 16th February, 2026" shall be substituted.
