Shri Yogesh Khanna, Member (Judicial), NCLAT, as officiating Chairperson, NCLAT in terms of Rule 7 of Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 for a period of three months with effect from 05.07.2026 or until a regular Chairperson is appointed or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
