(1) These rules may be called the Information Technology (Qualification and Experience of Adjudicating Officers and Manner of Holding Enquiry) Amendment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the 30th day of November, 2023. 2. In the Information Technology (Qualification and Experi ence of Adjudicating Officers and Manner of Holding Enquiry) Rules, 2003, in rule 4, in clause (a), for the words and figures “the contraventions in relation to Chapter IX of IT Act, 2000 ”, the words and figures “or the contravention of the provisions of t his Act or any rule, regulation, direction or order made thereunder” shall be substituted.
