NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th July, 2025
S.O. 3535(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of
Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (48 of 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in
the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Textiles No. S.O. 3444(E) dated 7th August, 2024 and appoint
the Officer mentioned in column (1) of the Table below being a Gazetted officer of the Government to be the Estate
Officer for the purposes of the said Act who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on
Estate Officer by or under the said Act within the local limits of his respective jurisdiction in respect of the public
premises specified in corresponding entry in column (2) of the said table in .
