L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-30062025-264243 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JUNE 30, 2025/ASHADHA 9, 1947 No. 2835] THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF TEXTILES ORDER New Delhi, the 30th June, 2025 S.O. 2902(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Jute Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-Section (ii) vide number S.O. 1830(E), dated the 22nd April, 2025, namely:- In the said Order, in the Preamble, in paragraph 4, for the words, figures and letters “up to the 30th June, 2025”, the words, figures and letters "up to the 30th September, 2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier" shall be substituted.
