NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25thApril, 2025.
G.S.R. 267E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the
Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Labour, Directorate General of Employment and
Training (Group 'C' Technical Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2003, except as respects things done or omitted
to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules to regulate the
method of recruitment to the posts of Vocational Instructor, Junior Technical Assistant, Storekeeper,
Maintenance Electrician and Electronics Mechanic (except Women Training) in the Directorate General
of Training under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, namely:
Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Skill Development and
Entrepreneurship, Directorate General of Training (except Women Training), (Group ‘B' Technical
Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of post, its classification and
level in the pay of matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule
annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualification, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit,
qualifications and other matters relating to the said post, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of
the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.- No person,─
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under
the personal law applicable to such person andthe other party to the marriage and that there are other
grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to
do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules
with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes,the Scheduled Tribes, the other backward classes, ex-
servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central
Government from time to time, in this regard.

2. Wood Work Technician(old nomenclature Carpenter) or Pattern Maker:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a
recognised university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or
All India Council of Technical Education with one year experience in the wood
work field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised
university or institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or
Board of Technical Education with two years' experience in wood work field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Carpenter awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with three
years' experience in wood work field.
3. Fitter:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised
university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All India
Council of Technical Education with one year experience in the fitting or
assembling field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university
or institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two years' experience in the fitting or assembling field;
or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Fitter awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with three years'
experience in fitting or assembling field.
4. Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised
university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All India
Council of Technical Education with one year experience in refrigeration and air
conditioning field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university
or institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two years' experience in refrigeration and air
conditioning field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Mechanic Refrigeration and Air- conditioner awarded by the National Council
for Vocational Training with three years' experience in refrigeration and air
conditioning field.
5. Sheet Metal Worker:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Mechanical or Metallurgy or Production
Engineering or Mechatronics from a recognised university or institute approved by
the University Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education
with one year experience in sheet metal or fabrication field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Mechanical and allied from a recognised university or
institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two years' experience in sheet metal or fabrication field;
or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Sheet Metal Worker awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training
with three years' experience in sheet metal or fabrication field.
6. Moulder or Foundryman:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering or
Advanced Diploma in Foundry Technology from a recognised university or institute
approved by the University Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical
Education with one year experience in moulding or foundry field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering from a
recognised university or institute approved by the All India Council of Technical
Education or Board of Technical Education with two years 'experience in
moulding or foundry field; or
(iii)National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Foundryman awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with
three years' experience in moulding or foundry field.
7. Motor Mechanic Vehicle or Motor Driving Mechanic:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a
recognised university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission
or All India Council of Technical Education with one year experience in
automotive field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or Advanced
Diploma (Vocational) from a recognised university or institute approved by the
Technical Board of Education or All India Council of Technical Education
National Council for Vocational Education and Training with two years'
experience in automotive field; or
or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Mechanic Motor Vehicle awarded by the National Council for Vocational
Training with three years' experience in automotive field.
8. Mechanic Diesel:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
(specialisation in Automobile) from a recognised university or institute approved
by the University Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education
with one-year experience in the automotive field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Automobile or Mechanical (specialisation in
Automobile) or Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from a recognised university or
institute approved by the Technical Board of Education or All India Council of
Technical Education or National Council for Vocational Education and Training
with two years' experience in automotive field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Mechanic Diesel awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with
three years' experience in automotive field.
9. Mechanic Tractor:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Agriculture Engineering or Automobile or
MechanicalEngineering (with specialisation
in Automobile) from a recognised university or institute approved by the University
Grants Commission or All India Council
of Technical Education with one year experience in automotive field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Agriculture Engineering or Automobile or Mechanical
Engineering (with specialization in
Automobile) or Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from a recognised university or
institute approved by the Technical
Board of Education or All India Council of Technical Education or National
Council for Vocational Education and
Training with two years' experience in automotive field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Mechanic Tractor or Mechanic Agricultural Machinery awarded by the National
Council for Vocational Training with three years' experience in automotive field.
10. Draughtsman (Mechanical) or Engineering Drawing or Drawing and Arithmetic
:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised
university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All
India Council of Technical Education with one-year experience in the drawing
office
or draughtsman (Mechanical) field; or
(ii) Three years' diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university
or institute approved by All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two years' experience in the Drawing office or
Draughtsman (Mechanical) field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Draughtsman Mechanical awarded by the National Council for Vocational
Training with three years' experience in the drawing office or
(mechanical) field.
11. Draughtsman (Civil):
draughtsman
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Civil Engineering from a recognised university or
institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All India Council of
Technical Education with one year experience in the drawing office or draughtsman
(civil) field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or
institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two years' experience in the drawing office or
draughtsman (civil) field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of
Draughtsman Civil awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with
three years' experience in drawing office.
12. Workshop Calculation and Science:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Engineering from a recognised university or
institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All India Council of
Technical Education with one year experience in workshop calculation and science
teaching; or
(ii) three years' diploma or Advanced Diploma (Vocational) in Engineering from a
recognised university or institute
approved by the Technical Board of Education or All India Council of Technical
Education or National Council for
Vocational Education and Training with two years' experience in workshop
calculation and science teaching; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in any of the
engineering trade awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with
three years' experience in workshop calculation and science teaching.
13. Instrument Mechanic:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Instrumentation or Instrumentation and Control
Engineering from a recognised university or institute approved by the University
Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education with one year
experience in instrumentation field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Instrumentation or Instrumentation and Control
Engineering Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from a recognised university or
institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two years' experience in instrumentation field; or
(iii)National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of
Instrument Mechanic awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with
three years' experience in instrumentation field.
14. Tool and Die Maker:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised
university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All India
Council of Technical Education with one year experience in tool engineering or tool
and die making field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Tool and Die making from a recognised university or
institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two year's experience in tool engineering or tool and die
making field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Tool and Die Maker awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training
with three years' experience in tool engineering or tool and die making field.
15. Maintenance Millwright or Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised
university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All India
Council of Technical Education with one year experience in machine tool
maintenance field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university or
institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two year's experience in machine tool maintenance field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance awarded by the National Council for
Vocational Training with three years' experience in machine tool maintenance field.
16. Machinist Grinder:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised
university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All India
Council of Technical Education with one year experience in grinding field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university or
institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two years' experience in grinding field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Machinist Grinder awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with
three years' experience in grinding field.
17. Turner:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised
university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All India
Council of Technical Education with one year experience in turning or machining
field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognised university or
institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two years' experience in turning or machining field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Turner awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with three
years' experience in turning or machining field.
18. Machinist:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised
university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All India
Council of Technical Education with one year experience in machining field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university or
institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two years' experience in machining field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Machinist awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with three
years' experience in machining field.
19. Attendant Operator Chemical Plant :
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Chemical Technology or Engineering from a
recognised university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or
All India Council of Technical Education with one year experience in chemical
plant field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Chemical Technology or Engineering from a recognised
university or institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or
Board of Technical Education with two years' experience in chemical plant field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of
Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) awarded by the National Council for
Vocational Training with three years' experience in chemical plant field.
20. Maintenance Mechanic Chemical Plant :
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Chemical Technology or Engineering from a
recognised university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or
All India Council of Technical Education with one year experience in mechanic
chemical plant field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Chemical Technology or Engineering from a recognised
university or institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or
Board of Technical Education with two years' experience in mechanic chemical
plant field; or
(iii)National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical Plant) awarded by the National Council for
Vocational Training with three years' experience in mechanic chemical plant field.
21. Instrument Mechanic Chemical Plant :
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Chemical or Technology or Instrumentation or
Process Control Instrumentation from a recognised university or institute approved
by the University Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education
with one year experience in instrument mechanic chemical plant field; or
(ii) three years' diploma Chemical or Instrumentation or Process Control
Instrumentation or Engineering or Technology from a recognised university or
institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of
Technical Education with two years' experience in instrument mechanic chemical
plant field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of
Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant) awarded by the National Council for
Vocational Training with three years' experience in instrument mechanic chemical
plant field.
22. Laboratory Assistant Chemical Plant :
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Chemical or Petro Chemical or Technology or
Engineering from a recognised university or institute approved by the University
Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education with one year
experience in laboratory assistant chemical plant field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Chemical or Petro Chemical Technology or Engineering
from a recognised university or institute approved by the All India Council of
Technical Education or Board of Technical Education with two years' experience in
laboratory assistant chemical plant field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) awarded by the National Council for
Vocational Training with three years' experience in laboratory assistant chemical
plant field.
23. Cutting and Tailoring or Sewing Technology:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Fashion and Apparel Technology from a
recognised university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or
All India Council of Technical Education with one year experience in cutting and
tailoring or dress making or garment making field; or
(ii)minimum two years' Diploma in Garment Fabrication Technology or Costume
Design and Dress making from a recognised university or institute approved by the
All India Council of Technical Education or Board of Technical Education with
two years' experience in the cutting and tailoring or dress making or garment
making field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Sewing Technology (old nomenclature Cutting and Sewing) awarded by the
National Council for Vocational Training with three years' experience in the cutting
and tailoring or dress making or garment field.
24. Computer Operator and Programming Assistant:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Computer Science or Information Technology
from a recognised university or institute approved by the University Grants
Commission or All India Council of Technical Education with one year experience
in computer operation and programming field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or ‘A’
level diploma or Advanced Diploma (Vocational) in Information Technology,
Networking and Cloud Computing from a recognised university or institute
approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of Technical
Education or National Council for Vocational Education and Training with two
years' experience in computer operation and programming field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Computer Operator and Programming Assistant awarded by the National
Council for Vocational Training with three years' experience in computer operation
and programming field.
25. Solar Technician:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Electrical or Electrical and Electronics
Engineering from a recognised university or institute approved by the University
Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education with one year
experience in solar technique field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
from a recognised university or institute approved by the All India Council of
Technical Education or Board of Technical Education with two years' experience in
solar technique field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate passed in the
trade of Solar Technician (Electrical) awarded by the National Council for
Vocational Training with three years' experience in the solar technique field.
26. Computer Hardware and Network Maintenance :
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Computer Science or Information Technology or
Electronics and Communication from a recognised university or institute approved
by the University Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education
with one year experience in the computer hardware and network maintenance field;
or
(ii) three years' diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or 'A'
level diploma or Advanced Diploma (Vocational) in Information Technology,
Networking and Cloud Computing from a recognised university or institute
approved by the All India Council of Technical Education or Board of Technical
Education or National Council for Vocational Education and Training with two
years' experience in computer hardware and network maintenance field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Computer Hardware and Network Maintenance trade awarded by the National
Council for Vocational Training with three years' experience in computer hardware
and network maintenance field.
27. Technician Mechatronics:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Mechatronics or Mechanical or Instrumentation
or Electrical Engineering from recognised university or institute approved by
University Grants Commission or the All India Council of Technical Education
with one year experience in mechatronics field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Instrumentation or
Mechatronics Engineering from a recognised university or institute approved by the
All India Council of Technical Education or Board of Technical Education or with
two years' experience in mechatronics field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Technician Mechatronics awarded by the National Council for Vocational
Training with three years' experience in mechatronics field.
28. Internet of Things (Smart Healthcare or Smart Agriculture or Smart City):
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Electronics or Electronics and
Telecommunication or Electronics and communication or Electronics and
Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised university or institute approved by
the University Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education
with one year experience in internet of things field; or
(ii) three years' Diploma in Electronics or Electronics and telecommunication or
Electronics and communication or Electronics and Instrumentation from a
recognised university or institute approved by the All India Council of Technical
Education or Board of Technical Education with two years' experience in internet
of things field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Internet of Things Technician (Smart City or Smart Healthcare or Smart
Agriculture) awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with three
years' experience in internet of things field.
29. Electrician or Maintenance Electrician:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Electrical or Electrical and Electronics
Engineering from a recognised university or institute approved by the University
Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education with one year
experience in the electrical engineering or electrician field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or
Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from
recognised university or institute approved by the All India Council of Technical
Education or Technical Board of
Education or National Council for Vocational Education and Training with two
years' experience in electrical engineering
or electrician field; or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Electrician awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training with three
years' experience in electrical engineering or electrician field.
30. Electronics or Electronics Mechanic:
(i) bachelor degree in Vocation or Electronics or Electronics and
Telecommunication or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a
recognised university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or
All India Council of Technical Education with one year experience in electronics
field; or
(ii) three years' diploma in Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication or
Electronics and Communication Engineering or Advanced Diploma (Vocational)
from a recognised university or institute approved by the All India Council of
Technical Education or Board of Technical Education or National Council for
Vocational Education and Training with two years' experience in electronics field;
or
(iii) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade
of Electronics Mechanic awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training
with three years' experience in electronics field.
Note 1: Ten per cent. weightage in marks will be awarded to candidates having
National Craft Instructor Certificate or Craft Instructor Training Scheme
qualification.
Note 2: If a candidate with degree or diploma or National Trade Certificate or
National Apprenticeship Certificate has been selected without possessing Craft
Instructor Training Scheme qualification for the trades which are having Craft
Instructor Training Scheme course, such candidates will have to undergo Craft
Instructor Training Scheme training under Recognition of Prior Learning conducted
by the Directorate General of Training within three years from the date of
appointment.
Note 3: If a candidate with degree or diploma or National Trade Certificate or
National Apprenticeship Certificate selected in the trade in which Craft Instructor
Training Scheme qualification does not exist such candidates will have to undergo
Craft Instructor Training Scheme training under Recognition of Prior Learning,
whenever such Craft Instructor Training Scheme qualifications are conducted by the
Directorate General of Training.
Note 4: Candidate eligible for Vocational Instructor may also be deputed to perform
duties as Junior Technical Assistant or Store Keeper.
Note 5: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Staff Selection
Commission or competent authority, for reasons to be recorded in writings, in the
case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Note 6: The qualifications regarding experience are relaxable at the discretion of the
Staff Selection Commission or competent authority, for reasons to be recorded in
writing, in the case of candidates belonging to the Schedule Castes or the Schedule
Tribes, if at any stage of selection, the Staff Selection Commission or competent
authority is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these
communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill
up the vacancy reserved for them.

Promotion:
(i). Skilled Worker or Junior Maintenance Mechanic or Photographer in level-5 in the pay matrix (Rs. 29200 -
92300) with six year regular in the grade and having successfully completed four weeks training in the area of
Computer Operations, Training of Trainers from any Government recognised training institute.
(ii). Assistant Store Keeper or Tool Store In-charge in level-4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25500 - 81100) with ten years
regular service in the grade and having successfully completed four weeks training in the area of Computer
Operations, Training of Trainers from any Government recognised training institute.
Note 1: Sixty per cent. of ten per cent. of vacancies embarked for promotion shall be filled through promotion of
skilled Worker or Junior Maintenance Mechanic or Photographer and remaining forty per cent. of ten per cent. of
vacancies embarked for promotion shall be filled through promotion of Assistant Store Keeper or Tool Store In-
charge.
Note 2: The eligibility list for promotion shall be prepared with reference to the date of completion by the officers
of the prescribed qualifying service in the respective grade or post.
Note 3: Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for
promotion, their senior shall also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility
service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less and have
successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who
have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service.
Deputation:
Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories: -
(a) (i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with six years' service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in level-5 in the pay matrix (Rs.
29200 to Rs.92300) in the parent cadre or department; and
(b) possessing the education qualifications and experience as prescribed for direct recruits under column (7).
Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible
for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration
for appointment by promotion.
Note 2: The period of deputation excluding the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately
preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department shall ordinarily not to exceed
three years.
Note 3: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the last
date of receipt of applications.
