F. No. IEC-34011/1/2021-IEC-FSSAI-Part(8).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section 5
of Section 10 read with Section 37 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and
Standards Authority of India hereby notifies the following officers as Food Safety Officers for the Fortified Rice
Kernel with effect from the date of publication in this notification by amending the principal notification, published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 dated the 2nd July, 2025:-
