The Ministry of Science and Technology (Department of Science and Technology), by notification S.O. 2509(E) dated 29 June 2024, with reference to sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) of Section 5 of the Anusandhan National Research Foundation Act, 2023 (25 of 2023), notified the composition of the Governing Board of the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), comprising: the Prime Minister of India as President (ex-officio); the Union Minister of Science and Technology and the Union Minister of Education as Vice-Presidents (ex-officio); a Member from NITI Aayog dealing with science and technology as ex-officio Member; the Secretaries of the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, the Department of Biotechnology, and the Department of Higher Education as ex-officio Members; the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India as ex-officio Member-Secretary; and named Members Dr. Manjul Bhargav (Professor, Princeton University, USA), Dr. Romesh T Wadhwani (Chairperson, Symphony Technology Group, California and New York, USA), Dr. Raghuvendra Tanwar (Chair, Indian Council of Historical Research), Dr. Jayaram N.
