NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th April, 2026
G.S.R. 322(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of
the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the
occasion of Diamond Jubilee Celebrations (Sixty years) of HLL Lifecare Limited) Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of coin. - The coin of Sixty Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the
authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of Diamond Jubilee Celebrations (Sixty years) of
HLL Lifecare Limited.
3. Dimension and composition of coin.— The denomination of the coin specified in rule 2 shall conform to the
following dimensions and composition, namely:-

4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules.
5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.— The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred to in rule 2 to
commemorate the occasion of Diamond Jubilee Celebrations (Sixty years) of HLL Lifecare Limited and the remedy
allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules.

SIXTY RUPEES
OBVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयते" inscribed
below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word
"INDIA" in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value "60" in the international
numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the corporate logo of HLL Lifecare Limited on the top-center of the coin with the text
“HLL LIFECARE LIMITED” and “A GOVERNMENT OF INDIA ENTERPRISE” inscribed below in English. The
logo of "60 YEARS OF HLL" shall be at the centre of the coin, the text “DIAMOND JUBILEE YEAR" shall be
inscribed in English below the logo. The year “1966-2026” in international numerals shall be inscribed on the bottom-
center of the coin. On the left periphery of the coin, the inscription “एच एल एल के 60 वर्ष" shall be inscribed in Devanagari
script. On the right periphery of the coin, the inscription "60 YEARS OF HLL" shall be inscribed in English.
