L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-29042025-262762 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1887] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, APRIL 29, 2025/VAISAKHA 9, 1947 MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS (MRTS-II) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th April, 2025 S.O. 1930(E).— Whereas the Central Government, vide notification number S.O. 2625 (E), dated the 16th October, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 16th October, 2009, has extended the provisions of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to the Metropolitan Area of Bangalore in the State of Karnataka.
