No. K-11011/07/2026-DD-II.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 31AA of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner (Land Management), Delhi Development Authority, as the Adjudicating Officer for adjudication of matters under the relevant provisions of the Delhi Development Act, 1957, as amended by the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026 and the Principal Commissioner (Land Management), Delhi Development Authority, as the Appellate Authority to hear appeals against the orders passed by the Adjudicating Officer.
