L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-28062024-255010 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2371] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JUNE 28, 2024/ASHADHA 7, 1946 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF TEXTILES ORDER New Delhi, the 28th June, 2024 S.O. 2500(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section-3 of the Jute Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide number S.O. 5459(E), dated the 26th December, 2023, namely:- In the said Order, in the Preamble, in paragraph 4, for the words, figures and letters "up to the 30th June, 2024", the words, figures and letters "up to the 30th September, 2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier” shall be substituted.
