The reconstituted Advisory Board consists of Hon'ble Ms. Justice Prathiba M. Singh as Chairperson, and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Amit Bansal and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sachin Datta as members. This notification will be effective from March 23, 2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988), and in supersession of the Notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, GSR 156 (E) dated 06th March, 2024 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year from the date of its effect, consisting of:- i) Hon'ble Ms. Justice Prathiba M. Singh Chairperson ii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Amit Bansal Member iii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sachin Datta Member 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 23rd March, 2025. [F.
