NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 2025
F.No. CUJ/Statute/I/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of Section 27 of the Central
Universities Act, 2009 (25 of 2009), the Executive Council with the approval of the Visitor, hereby makes the
following amendments further to amend the Central University of Jharkhand Statutes.
1. (i) These Statutes may be called as Central University of Jharkhand (Amendment) Statute, 2024.
(ii) They shall come in force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central University of Jharkhand Statutes, in sub-statute (ii) xiv. of Statute 13, the following shall be
substituted: -
